Have a look out for an equine version. Certainly a lot of the equine physios/chiros I know are qualified to work on dogs as well so you may be lucky taking that route.

When we had a McTimoney lady out to the horses my husband asked her to check his dog, she spent about ten minutes on her and we were amazed when next day she was a totally different dog to her normal self. She could jump, run, climb in the car etc, all of which she had struggled with previously.
It costs around £40 but worth every penny.
