That's terrible! It's not clear from the article whether the poor horse is alive or dead?
There are so many people who would just love a horse like that - myself included! Why and how can people let them suffer like that?

Its written in the past tense which would imply the horse was dead.

My friend was saying one was dumped by her yard recently. Very distressing for those who saw it. Really can't understand some people

From the sounds of it there talking about the horse in past tense (if thats the correct way to explain it) so I would say the horse was found dead,
but I hope I'm wrong.
