I've recently started loaning a new horse, and the bridle she came with is black leather with white stitching, and a very interesting-looking flash/cavesson noseband. The make of the bridle was probably on the browband, but unfortunately this wasn't on the bridle!

I'd like to try and find out the make of this bridle so that I might be able to buy the matching browband, so if you recognise it from the pictures or know where I could find one, please say! The noseband is a cavesson with a loop for a flash attachment, with raised ridged detail.

Thank you!

(sorry I can't put the photos here, but they're too big!)

I'd like to add that the bridle has matching rubber grip reins (also with white stitching), and I have a slight suspicion that it may have come from Spain... If that helps anyone to identify it? Thanks again x

I can't help with the make but it does look as though a saddler could make one up for you quite easily. The origional just has white stiching where we would normally use darker thread. Try your local saddler and see if they can help.

They show up OK for me, very different, I haven't seen anything like that before.

What struck me first was "What an utter pain to have to clean!"
