Can anyone recomend a good DIY livery yard in/ around Witney, Oxon??

I've recently moved house and am thinking about moving my horse closer to home.

Can anyone recommend any livery yards in the Witney area? I'd ideally like something with access to daily turnout, an arena (indoor or out) and off-road hacking, if it's a competition venue or there is access to transport too that would be even better!

There is Crown Farm at Ascot Under Wychwood which is very good - brilliant facilities - indoor, outdoor, cross country course, horse walker, lunge ring, wash down box, on site trainers, events, etc.
