Can anyone recommend a decent hi viz hat cover?

I have a band but I'm after a decent skull hat cover, preferably hi viz yellow and the brighter the better.

I've been scouring the internet with little success. I've seen one by Luna rider but it looks really, erm, floppy?? There are some on ebay but not a brand so no idea what the quality is like and how bright they are. I know treehouse do them but they are rather pricey - I know they are good quality though.

spartan make one in fluorescent yellow lycra with a reflective strip down the front (also available in pink!) when I was looking recently they don't have them on their website though (have bought in local tack shop before) am sure they do them though and worth an email.

they do fade though.. I tend to get a new one every couple of years.
