Can anyone recommend a good all round instructor in Warwickshire/West Mids?

Can anyone suggest a good allround instructor who would be willing to travel to Solihull area to help me train my 4yo newly backed 17.2hh gelding.

Ideally someone effective on the flat and over fences. Not fussed whether they have qualifications so long as they insured. Talent/experience is more important.
