can anyone recommend a good DIY livery yard in tyne and wear/durham areas

i am looking for three diy spaces and i am trying to find a decent livery yard in or around the rowlands gill area, so blaydon, high spen, greenside, etc im really struggling to find three spaces together

I used to keep my horse at Oak Tree Farm on hookergate Lane. It wasn't the absolute best looking back but there is loads of grass, loads of really good hacking and its just a small place so no politics!! I kept my horse there the whole time I had him but he has been gone a long time now and Im not allowed a new one X

Armondside farm at Blackhall Mill is nice but I don't know if they have any spaces.
