Can anyone recommend a saddle company saddle fitter who is any good in Wiltshire or surrounding counties?

Willing to travel to someone. My old SC saddle now fits my little New Forest - I had forgotten what a great saddle it is (especially on a downhill pony!) but the leather on the seat and flaps has a lot of wear and I will need to replace it soon. Our current fitter does not do these saddles, and I have seen the results of some truly awful SC fitters in the past, so am wary. Need recommendations please!

If you want a saddler who fits the saddle to the horse and to the rider, Clare Barnett of Bearhouse saddlery, Fordingbridge. She does not sell saddles and I trust her completely to do her best for horse and rider. She also has an impressive array of bare trees from different makers that she will try on your horse to find the best one for him. It is then up to you whether you want to try and source a second-hand saddle or order a new one.

Agree with above - have used Clare for years. She always advises which make and style of saddle would fit horses and us and then we go out and find them. She then comes back to fit them.
