As title really. I am looking for a very strong high wooden mounting block, can anyone recommend good companies? Thanks

I have a 14.1 cob and the plastic block i have which is pretty much a standard short height was only just high enough! So I dont think I ever saw a bigger one, so I think its a case of making a lovely one that has been posted in the previous postThe shop bought ones are not big enough for horses, can imagine the problem you have.

I love that mounting block!! I too am after a good high one as I'm 5'6 and my girly is 17.3! Just can't find one tall enough anywhere

Tiger tail that is what I'm looking for! I've found a couple on-line, around £160/200 mark. I'm just being tight :D

Thats modelled next to a 17.1 so should be ample for a 17.3!

We are talking about flat packing the pieces and selling it as an assemble yourself job - will have to find out if he still wants to do that!

OH MY DAYS have been searching for something just like this I’m 5’5 with a 17h ID and he is a pain to mount, I need a larger and high up surface to get on - did your dad ever decide to make these. I know it’s a old post ?
