right, i have the browband for my ridden horse showing class (navy/yellow and silver velvet with rossetts on the side) and i need a nice bridle to complement my mare. She is a 16.3hh black Hanovarian mare. i dont want to spend tons of money on a bridle ill use every now and then but i dont want a cheap one either (dont trust the leather!!!). She is black, as is her saddle so the bridle must be black.

I like jeffries bridles and if you have a hunt on e bay they sometimes come (bought mine off there for 40 squids should have been 150 odd quid brand new ) or sabre are nice as well . If you want a real cheapy but still safe my gfs bridles have lasted for years and were about £40 brand new .

are you off showing now then as well as being a dressage diva !!!

trying to persuade my boss that she doesn't need me to teach on the sunday of trosley so i can go - she isn;t falling for it so far:):) then our local bridleays assoc in east farleigh for their h=jumping show in june and their showing show in july ,faversham riding club in august cause they have the exracer qualifier, tonbridge lions in sept and if we qualify for the ex racer champs that will be in oct - just got to save for the transport - might have to call on the bank of dad

v snazzy she will look fab in it - they are all nice shows esp the east farleigh ones as they tend to be quiet so good for introductions as i found out last year.we shut the riding school down for the july one as take all the ponies out for the day - bit of a challenge getting 14 ponies turned out and in the right classes but wouldn't miss it for anything

all word of mouth no adverts or anything - suits the place as some of the ponies aren't the youngest and we can keep the lessons relatively small . we have a fair amount of long term riders longest is about 15 years
