Can anyone recommend me a sheepskin numnah please

Hi,

I'm after a sheepskin or dense wool GP numnah but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for.It has to be the same cover all over (ie not semi lined) and a dense short pile with no rolled edges.

NuuMed do a HiWither competition one but the pile isn't really dense enough, I'd like it to be like the Mattes Platinum ones I have but they don't seem to make a fully lined one without the thicker padding under the saddle.

Price isn't too much of a concern - my husband's credit card is paying

Have a look at LeMieux - you can't go wrong with those. Out of interest, why no rolled edge?

Hi Martlin,

I have had Le Mieux in the past but was only semi-lined so no wool under the saddle flap area. I did look at theirs recently but couldn't find one, I know I'm being fussy but I don't want it too thick - just a dense but short wool if that makes sense.

I don't mind rolled at the front but I don't like rolled at the back, no practical reason really but I don't like how it looks if the rolled edge doesn't butt right up to the rear of the saddle!

and have to say, when you get them in single colour, you can't actually tell where the rolled edge comes to I don't like the ''too big'' look either

I have the dressage version by Horse Dream,

Can Highly recommend, full sheepskin, washes up brilliantly on a wool wash in the machine.

Not cheap mine was almost 200 euro's but fantastic quality.
