Can anyone recommend some supportive (human) boots?

As title really.

I love and have lived in my Ariats for over a year now, and they are just getting to the point of needing to be replaced.

Before I go out and buy another pair of the same, I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for a really comfortable and supportive boot - not just supportive of the ankle but also to the sole and arch of the foot too? I am on my feet a LOT more than I used to be and need something supportive.

The Ariats are leather lace up ankle boots, which I like, but am open to alternative suggestions, including knee high winter ones - which I will also need to replace (currently mountain horse rimfrost riders).

Thank you!

Why dont you try the Mountain Horse ones? Think its the High Rider ones. I cant live without mine and they usually last me a couple of years or so before falling to pieces. They are incredibly supportive and have nice thick soles so are very, very comfy. They have seen me around a good few xc course walks and long days out being an eventing/Pony Club/dressage mummy. Think they cost about £130 ish and worth every penny.

Thank you I'll have a look at those.

What are dublin like? Decent quality in general or not?

Sorry, my experience of Mountain Horse boots is only terrible.

I too need supportive boots, because I tore the tendons in my feet. I tried these and within a week, I could feel the tendons really straining and tearing again. Painful. The moment I was back in my Ariats - no problems. Ariats all the way for me. I usually wear Devon Pro's, but I've just ordered some Ariat Tellurides for winter.
