Can anyone translate - Dentist to English?

My Yard owners daughter held my horse for the Dentist today as I'm in work.
She sent me what the Dentist said but she doesnt realy understand nor did she understand the explanation, after holding 8 horses for the dentist and relaying information to each owner I realy cant blame her for getting a bit brain dead. I understand what he means for most of it but not all of it

so can anyone translate the following bits:
Apparently his buckle cusps are pronounced (and sharp but i understand that bit).
and he has 2 slight ETR on both lower arcades

Will phone dentist on monday but would quite like to know in the mean time.

IIRC ETR is exaggerated transverse ridging...that's dredging out of long term memory and may not be 100% correct. It;s to do with moving jaw forwards and backwards - exaggerated means will struggle to do this and horse may gape when ridden (the memory I am dragging from had a horse that did this, then fixed problem and did it no more! Unless I am thinking of something else...)

Buccal = the nearest surface to the cheeks and opposite to palatal - nearest to palate (in upper jaw) and lingual nearest to tongue (in lower jaw)
