Advise me of a text book on equine nutrition. I would like a University level introductory text book on equine Nutrition and was wondering if any one on here knows of any that are good. Any suggestions it is only for interest not for the purpose of study but I dont want a laymans book so thought 1st year Uni student level would be a good start.
