Can Boots have vibes again please....urgently

Poor Boots has still been quite sick since the rat incident and had been refusing all food and not taking much water. We are in Kerry for Christmas and he was referred to the Vet Hospital in Killarney today as there was no improvement. The bad news is that his kidneys are in trouble. He is also severely anaemic (has less than half the red blood cell count that he should have!) though that is hardly surprising when he hasn't eaten in 8 days. He is now in hospital on dialysis in the hope that we can flush his kidneys and kickstart them again. It may or may not be related to the rat bite, the initial blood work was perfect so it has since developed;-( If the dialysis doesn't work in the next 12 hours there is very little more that can be done for my poor little man so if you pray to god, buddha, satan, anyone please please please ask for some help for poor Boots

Thanks guys. I am worried sick. My vets have been brilliant both at home and here in kerry (here for Christmas Hols) and they have all been in constant contact trying to fix him. At the moment it is now all up to Boots to fight!
