Can I fix it??

Hey I have a shetland cross connemara and she likes to swing her but around at you when you do something she doesn't like I have tried pushing her back and stopping her but when she swings it around but she is to strong!! I am not sure if this is normal and I should just get used to it or if it is something I can fix also I am new to this forum so hi lol Thanks
