I am looking to do a National Certificate in Horse Management as a fast track to higher education. I was wondering if anyone has done this if it is possible/ how easy it is or not...etc???
You can't normally go from an NCHM to an honours degree...but you can from an NDHM....but it all depends on how many tariff points you have gained in total, and of course, how many points each university or college want you to have for their courses...
See the link below. http://www.ucas.com/website/documents/tariff/tariff_sep06.doc
You can actually get tariff points for BHS Stage 3 HK & C and the PTT...believe it or not.

I am at myerscough college.
And you have to get certain amount of points to go on the the honours degree. But at myerscough if you dont get what you need then you can do the foundation degree and work your way up.
Thanks for that just had a look and i'm hoping to do my stage 3 sometime soon so if i could even just get passes in the NC i'd have enough points! thank you for that it was really helpful!

You're welcome!
Most colleges will let you go from NCHM onto Foundation Degree, and then, if you're doing well enough, into the third year of their honours degree...in the same subject, obviously.
Good luck with your studies
