Can i give my horse a massage myself?

She has no issues, no pain etc, just wondering, if as a treat, she'd appreciate a massage, rather than just a groom, and if so, how and what would i do?

Yes - give her a really good body brushing, putting your weight behind each stroke.

yup i have been recommended by my horses physio to give him a massage once a week taz loves it too but he does get a sore back due to scarring of the muscles so thats why he is massaged

Iv got a hand held equissage, my tbs scared stiff of it but my id loves it and leans into it!
