my friends horse goes to horsepital today for a suspected broken jaw. hes only 3 and hasnt had the best start, she bought him in a right state and he looks amazing now and started being back and broken, but had to have his eye removed in may so his work went on hold for a while and he has now possibly got a broken jaw, not much luck for him.

) I RESCUED my little 11.2 and before i had him he had his jaw broken and eye removed due to a bigger horse kicking him but he was about 17 then. You really wouldn't know it though he gets on absolutely fine with one eye and the dentist takes a little more care with his jaw, at least your friends horse is young and hopefully recover quickly. Very sad and upsetting for your friend.

seperate, she thinks he may have been kicked and that how he has done his jaw. his eye was in may and he had something wrong with it, he couldnt go out in sunlight without a fly mask on as it would go a really agresive red colour and swell was very painfull for him. she did say what it was called but i cant remember.
