Can I have some of the HHO good luck vibes please

I got my new horse 3 weeks ago. When I first got her she was underweight and needed building up and generally looked unhappy. In the 3 weeks that I have had her you can see a considerable difference in her bith physically and personality wise.
I didnt get her vetted as she was cheap (under £1000) and I only want her for hacking.
Anyway as I said Ive built her up and feel we are at the stage where she is ready to be ridden to help build muscle up so need to get a saddle fitter out. At some point in the past she has had a bad fitting saddle due to the tell tale white hairs on her withers (she's warmblood x so high withered). Ive also discovered she dislikes her mane/withers being touched and does that quivering thing an steps back.
She doesnt do it all the time, if you stand in front of her neck and cuddle her and press on ther neck/withers she is fine and most of the time if you just stoke her neck then move up to her mane/withers she is fine but if you go to her neck with a brush or comb she doesnt like it.
So tomorrow the vet is coming out just to give her once over.
So can I have some HHO vibes please thats shes ok and the vet says I am ok to go ahead and get a saddle for her.

Lots of Luck, I think i'd also get her back checked out before you get a saddle fitter out, sounds like she's got something going on there.

To build muscle I'd lunge (eliptically), Pessoa, and long-rein before getting on.
