As title, just not sure is it really is ok or not?

Please can anyone advise of thier opinion (if they really kknow:))

Thanks in advance

I've got a Marlborough Hunter and would think that if he's fairly compact and travelling alone, you should be ok. If the partition is taken out, he'll have plenty of room.

Yes, we build to a very similar spec and you will easily fit a 17hh Warmblood.
You will not need to remove the partition as they are much wider than trailers.
Just make sure you only travel one horse of this size as you will be overweight.

My friend has a 16.3 warmblood and tried him in a 3.5t modern box and she said she couldnt travel him with the partition in as he was squidged in, partition and side of horsebox both touching his sides. He would be fine if she moved the partition over though
