Can I sell Ventipulmen on ebay?

I have a big tub of unopened Ventipulmen now the companion pony who needed it is no longer with us. Is it legal to sell it on ebay?? If not, any suggestions where/how I could sell it please?

It’s POM so no you can’t sell on eBay or at all.
Your vet May purchase back off you/refund if it’s unopened and has a long date

Yes they would most likely happily take it. I have gifted unneeded bute to a rescue.
I know you shouldn't pass POM on obviously but I did it for a rescue to help them out and save them a bit of money.

There is no legal way to sell. Your vet may refund but I doubt it it. It's also not strictly legal to give it to a charity. It's a shame and a waste.
I'd ask the vet but it's unlikely they will refund.

I would speak to the vet, I have had unopened POMs refunded but my vets know me very well, trust that I won't have contaminated the meds in any way.

Speak to the vet, but it is difficult for them as they have had no control over how it was stored. I'm sure you have stored it correctly but it hasn't been under their control.

At work we take in unused meds and given them to charity or clients in financial hardship. As we can’t refund them and people can’t sell them I find this works well. Your vets may do similar.
