You gave me a quick bath (as I did try and get in with you earlier anyways) so now I dont smell of boy pee and fags so I'm cleaner than I was, you said im going naked next week so I wont be so hot and stuffy in this matted coat, promise to try and keep it clean, not my fault you took me to the woods and I got covered head to toe in burrs :) Least I didnt get three tics (cough cough Teal)

"Anyone who does not know what soap tastes like, has never washed an Old English Sheepdog"

Haha wheres that from?

I ended up with wet t shirt, bra and shorts.
He came upstairs (I didnt know he had as mine dont come up) and he practically got his two front feet in when I was in the bath so thought sod it and washed him, ooooooh he smells so much sweeter still need a proper going over though at the groomers though, I didnt want to push it. He loves the bath, he was drinking from the taps and wagging his tail.

Oh how could you refuse sir busters pleas to stay! :D He's so lovely! I hope you have a more peaceful night tonight!

Savour that smell of a clean OES because they dont smell like that very often.:D
He looks part of your family now and its great they all get along, hope you get a good nights sleep tonight.

Hes quite matted underneath, between his legs and between his toes, infact they are a little sore because of it spesh his fronts. We took out a massive matt that right infront of his boy bits as well. We are gonna get him cut right down because hes very scurfy along his back so want to try and get rid of that and also so we can get and get a good proper look at his skin etc he has a few callouses on his elbows (sp?) where I think he was locked in the conservatory most of the day with no bed :(

Have to admit Edd did have a doggy spray for smelly days.
The problem is that he never slept on his own, he always went to a human bed, got some learning in this house....I just put them back in the utility room tonight and he looked at me as if, "what you want me to sleep with these people?"

Went for a offlead walkies today, across some fields that I knew the livestock had been moved from. However it was pheasant heaven and Teal and Dylan were a nightmare.(however Buster looked at the pheasent being pursued and looked at me and basically said
"you don't want me to do that do you, far too much energy required".

So with me screaming at the two black buggers every five seconds Buster bimbled along in front of me. He doesnt have recall really but if you call him he just stops and waited for you (such a OES). Im quite impressed with myself of managing all three of them considering him and Dylan pull on the lead. Dylan has been horrendous the last months, I have booked him at vets on 1st Dec for the snip snip but might do it sooner.

Sorry off my phone so not the best.

Lovely Pics of your 3 dogs, OES are not blessed with much in the brain dept and are apt to cock a deaf one so either he was on his best behaviour or he has a few more brain cells than the average OES.

Am very impressed the weather looked good there its stair rodded here all day:mad:

He is better than Edd was (last OES) who lacked the brain power to keep an eye on you, he would bimble off and keep bimbling and then if you hid, it would take him a while to realise, he would panic and lay down whining until you appeared again......

He was on the long line on and off ie with some sheep that he didnt care about and some cows he didnt care about so I was very impressed actually.

We were walking in on and off showers.
This was also the beginning of the walk and things got muddier :) although thankfully he didnt join in Teals and Dylans ritual puddle routine (they get hot when out and find a puddle to lay down in ). Im hoping he doesnt do this....

He is very snuggly but also very smelly atm, my quick bath didnt cut it lol.

Groomers on Monday woooooooooooo cannot wait :)
He is my new dog, another private rehome that I found whilst not looking for another dog. Although OH said the only other dog we would get was a OES.
