Most people would use a combined wormer Pramox in this scenario since it will tackle the most dangerous redworms, the small encysted ones, as well as normal redworms and tapeworms.

no combined worker such as pramox or the ones in the previous post unless the horse is healthy in their prime type and has no colic issues, as it is very powerful and not all horses can cope with it. The alternative is to use Equest and Equitape two weeks apart, or to use Equest type for redworms and blood test by vet for tapeworm, you may not need to worm for tapes and the blood test is conclusive.
