Can it be to big??

Ok so i ordered a new shock absorber non slip numnah, it says large on it, and it is fine length ways (about an inch at front and inch at back of saddle) but length down leg, jeez, its about 3 inchs longer either side! looks huge on her, but doenst look silly, like she has a big numnah on lol, can a numnah be "to" big?

Personally I think that one sounds a bit the wrong shape. You didn't by any chance get a dressage one instead of a GP one did you?

Have ypou got it pulled right up into the gullet? That will probably take up about 2 - 3 inches on either side.

Put her saddle on and pull the saddle cloth up into the saddle gullet - takes the pressure off the spine.

its one of these shock absorber ones, by shires, its got little pad things on the back. will try again tomorrow

i always thought the saddle pad / numnah should lie flat?
