Can someone explain (olympics dressage)

Right, I need to understand the dressage. I'm watching it now and it doesn't seem to be grand prix? I always thought that grand prix was a few canter piroettes etc etc.

Is this the eventers dressage (in which case I get it) and will there be other dressage later on.

PS - I've had a bit to drink so please be kind.....ha ha!

The dressage thats been on is the Dressage phase of Eventing

Proper dressage is on later in the week

hee hee! All I can say is that all the 'eventers' I know find dressage a necessary evil and only do it because they have to.....give me a nice SJ or XC course anyday....

love watching the ind. dressage though as it really is amazing to watch.....

having said that, I'm not sure I could do a decent canter half pass yet! ha ah
