Can someone explain

I keep seeing a lot of posts about dodgy Eastern European men hanging about, but they seem to be everywhere. There is even a warning on my local comp website. I am confused.

I suspect it is a scam type situation to wind everyone up as these blokes seem to have been seen every where from North Yorkshire down to Cornwall and back again. Worth being careful and keeping your eye open for weirdos tho.

Pretty much agree with Panda, although it is possible they were genuinely spotted in one location and horsey people, wanting to warn others, just spread the message way beyond it's origins.

Always good to be wary though.
