i am awfull with computers and you all have beautiful pics, quotes & signatures would really love to no how, more basic and idiot proof the better.
latest spine update is 2 month xray showed no sign of healing

Me too! I need help with pics, quotes etc. I found a topic setting out how to do this yesterday but can't find it today.. Thought it was under FAQ but no luck!
