I think he's lovely except for the high stepping knee action. Very pricey for a welsh colt I would have thought.

"show quality" apparently. Not that showing interests me.
The grass looks quite long, maybe just trying to step over it haha? (ok i'm making excuses because I like him).
I wouldn't pay that much personally but if you were a Welshie enthusiast then perhaps you'd see the breeding and think wow great lines.... and think it was a bargain!

LOL re the grass. Some welshies have a high stepping action and some are normal and I prefer normal. Other than that and the price he's super.

I have a welsh colt very similar but with a white blaze, hes 3 now and if we sold him it would be for £4k plus, the breeding is a big thing, and they are so lovely!! hehe, hes far more angelic than my little devil though!

Whisper's stable neighbour is a Welsh Cob and he's gorgeous but can be very stubborn - is this common in this breed? My other friend has a palamino Welsh but he's incredibly nervous- great jumper though!

I do too - think they look a bit different! Not sure what the riding would be like though as i've never sat on something with that type of action but it can make them look very flashy haha.

It would be value for money if i was !!! x It's called keeping a new baby in the house warm. It would have been cheaper to purchase a few more horses instead !!! xx

Blimey! I thought my £90 a month gas and electric combined was a mickey take - i will now go grovel to the electric company and tell them how great they are whilst at the same time pointing out to my OH just how much money we're saving and can't we use this "saved" money to buy me the Dun colt!!
