can someone please explain this

Well there is the million dollar question - this link has been posted a few times, not sure if any have worked out what she was trying to achieve.
 
Not nice at all. Would like her to try it with one of mine, 17.2 WB who is very cheeky in hand, he might just kick some sense into her but then again......
 
Definitely not the norm in France. I used to ride there and they have 'galop' levels - imagine if we all had to take mini BHS type exams to do ANYTHING with horses - ride at a riding school, compete (even unaffiliated), work with horses in any capacity... THAT is more the norm in France. Seems to me this woman is a wannabe NH trainer who has lost her temper and has no idea what she is doing.
As they say: violence begins where knowledge ends.
 
The only N.H part of that was the rope halter & the 12 foot rope. I couldn't watch all of that. After she kicked the horse 3 times I shut the page. She gave that horse NO indication of what she wanted it to do, she just began an assault. That was horrific. How could all the others stand by ? N.H has worked well for my mare & it's how I'm bringing up baby, but as for that display ?:mad:
 
I couldn't watch to the end of the halter training that poor bay looked very much like my boy, if I was the bay's owner I would have ripped her head off, all she achieved there was making the poor animal head shy.
 
Well that's the first time I've rought myself to watch that video after the few times its been posted, and all I can say is, what a *******ing idiot.
