I have posted before about my bad back, and slow return to riding. I now have the safest horse in the world, have lost loads of weight (and its still coming off) and no excuses not to ride - here are this weeks excuses;-
1. It was too windy, she may have spooked at something.(she never, ever has)
2. I had noone to ride with (on a yard of 15 liveries)
3. Nancy didnt want me to, she looked sad (well she did!)
4. It was bin day and didnt want to hack with the binmen's lorry around.
My heart wants me to be in the saddle every day, but my head dreams up a 1001 reasons not to, so what do i do?!?grrr
