Can we keep a track of the businesses who we get to donate!

with all our efforts to help in collections etc of monies and supplies for the rescue centre is there any possibility we can all keep a record of those companies,riding clubs etc that do donate as if we do manage to get some publicity it would be nice to mention those who have donated!

Most charities give receipts with the companies/shops name on it, i know we did when raising for cancer. It helped the charity keep record of who raised what and to send out a thank you letter/card
