Can you be a member of more than 1 riding club?

Basically the title! I want to become a member of 2 clubs as I know people in both of them. I know you can't compete in the teams for 2 clubs but as I only want to do the training and shows, not the team events, does it matter?

As far as i am aware yes you can and i am sure I know people who are members of more than one club

Yes, as you said, you can only compete on teams for one of them though.
