You can be a member of as many riding clubs as you want - affiliated and unaffiliated - but you cannot compete at qualifiers/finals for more then one affiliated riding club in the same year (their competition year runs from 1st April-31st March)

I'm in two clubs as well - one is a very local one that I teach for, but it doesn't do a lot of competitive stuff, and the other not quite so local which is very active and sends lots of teams out to comps.
