Can you get equivalent of 5 stage vetting for a horsebox

I'm thinking of getting a horsebox but know nothing about them. Don't really know anyone mechanical either so I was wondering if there was anywhere that offered a service checking horseboxes for a fee.

I know that some organisations offer something for cars but with a horsebox there would be other considerations as well the basic is it stolen and does it run, esp with all the recent conversations about horse jumping partitions and new legislation with the skirts.

Is there anyone out there that offers a service like this?
