As above really? Does he give lessons and if so how do you go about getting one?

Kitty :D

*ps//Kerryflower, don't say anything!!! :)

It's very very difficult, he does hardly any private teaching, I honestly don't think he has enough time with all his other commitments...

If you keep your eyes open, sometimes he does the odd EHOA clinic (I've done a couple with him over the years and he's great :) ) plus occasionally you will see a lesson on offer in a competition by one of his sponsors or a magazine. You could always try approaching him through his website after all, if you don't ask, you don't get!!

EHOA? :p

Heh I wonder if I should slip in my email that I'm a massive fan and it'll be more like an hour letting me talk to him, rather than an hour teaching lol I joke!! I just read one of his books and loved the way he explained things - very good IMO.

I might just email him and ask him to marry me - not bothered about the riding lol. Nearly fell over when he smiled at me at burghley last year.

ooh I would like one too, except he would have to come to me, its a bit much to pay for the ferry as well :p

But am pretty sure my riding would be out the window, or I would crash into him - dont think id be concentrating on the horse :p

Haha! I do hope he sees this thread!

I have read his books too (autobiography and schooling for success) and he has a great way of describing things (and i love that not all his horses are straight forward!!)

I would love a lesson too! :D

haha i don't have a clue what you are on about J. Is it something to do with the fact that u practically stalked said rider at badminton and said william about 50 thousand times. "oooh look look....and he's on Tam!" hahaha.

By the way, if you get one I want one too! :-p

I dont think it was Tam on further inspection haha cause he's like 18 now which exposes that I'm no proper stalker :p albeit a stupid one!!!

I think you'll find he is just too busy apart from the odd clinic as Tabledancer said.
He teaches his staff too so I doubt there are any spare moments for anything else.
He's also very happily married but no doubt being male will be flattered to hear he's fanciable.......!

Just to get you jealous, I had a private tour round his current yard as someone I knew worked there. Got to see all the famous horsies (sadly he wasn't there but his sister was, does that count?). I also saw their previous yard (and him) when they had a pre-olympics open day.

Suppose I could just ride past his yard crying every day til he takes pity on me lol

Seeing as his yard is nr Yeovil, its a bit of a hike from South Wales!

I have considered it myself though :D. and maybe 'accidentally' falling off and letting the horse escape up the drive so I just had to follow him on foot...

OR, you could kidnap MontyandZoom, lock her away and go to work for him in her place:D
shall I lend you some rope?:D

Not a chance!!!! :D I did almost introduce myself as he walked past at Badminton but, as I was looking like a drowned rat and bending down, hiding from my mum behind an ice-cream truck having a cheeky ciggie.......I didn't think that would be a great first impression!:D :D :D

Oh I see. I see.

And will you be taking photos for us to see what its like *hopes so*

I hate to disappoint but I have had some sound advice from those in the know that he is a very private person so don't reckon I'll be taking any photos.

If you like I can post a pic of my BIG FAT GRIN though :D :D :D I have to do a trial first so hopefully I don't do anything too embarrassing like ask for his autograph! I may take a photo of Zoom pony though - or is that a bit sad??
