Can you get lights for stirrups?

I thought you could but can't seem to find them. I'm planning to ride around our village in the dark nights and wanted some to just give an extra bit of safety to all my hi vis gear.

bike lights should do you well

Yep, I use bike lights and use the clips to attach to the rear of my boot (widest point). I used to put them on Henry's leg bands, but sometimes they get lost (I ride off road and the shrubbery sometimes pulled them off).
