Can you recommend a beach ride holiday - taking own horses...

Ideally somewhere on the east coast.... Any suggestions? Thinking of attempting to organise a yard getaway, maybe two or three nights.

Googling is doing my head in so thought I would get some recommendations from the horses mouth...

This is one I've been to, I've seen a presentation by club members who've been to Mumby (and loved it)

Another vote for field farm at mumby. We went last year and had a brilliant time

Holkham, longish hack to the sea but goes on for ages and lots of beach, fabulous! We stay at a farm, choose just to put up electric fence and stay in our lorry, alltho have used a stable before. Have been going every aug for about 6 years now, last year was my first year without my old pony, who was put down 18 months, so quite emotional but still a lot of fun!

Theddlesthorpe beach - nr Mablethorpe - apparently horse traffic free and box friendly. Some of the guys off the yard go there - a bit of research needed for livery - but plenty of 'people livery' ;-)
