Been waiting to get some decent pics for ages of Ty. Had him a year on Friday (how time flies!) so thought I'd show you a few before and after. I have the worse position ever but we were showing on a field that had more hills than the breacons so I was 'trying' to help Ty with his balance! He still has a way to go on muscle but now he's working in an outline and accepted contact, hopefully we're not too far off....

so before (may last year)

Undoubtedly looking much, much better. He actually has some muscle now!

He's a real credit to you.

Thanks! We're not there yet but nice to see a change....

he used to be called the 'upside down' horse when I first got him as he had no neck and all his topline and slipped to his belly!

He looks fabulous - when I saw him when we went hacking he looked even better than in the last pics - ridiculously shiny

Wow, he looks like a broken down old nag in the first pics but looks great in the later ones - well done!

They said he was 14 when I got him - looks more like 20!

Turns out he's 8 .....

Thanks - it's a simple thing but makes you feel great that you can turn a horse around.....my best mates mum didn't recognise him the other week - literally!

You have every reason to be proud of both yourself and Ty, you have been through a LOT together, I remember when you were seriously contemplating selling him, thank god you didnt because look at how well you are doing now!
