Darling pony broke through the fence a couple of weeks ago overnight.
When I got down in the morning the energiser unit had been pinged off its earth stake and into my wheelbarrow, which had filled with water, so it was sat in water still connected to the battery merrily clicking away ?
I didn’t use it for a couple of weeks as they snapped the cable that connects to the actual fence and it took a little while to get it fixed.
Since then it’s just not right.
I’ve freshly charged the battery so I don’t think it’s that as it made no difference.
Sometimes it works as it should (light indicator flashes intermittently, slow if only just turned on or faster if turned up full) but mostly the light just flashes consistently and really quickly, even if only turned on low. And sometimes the light doesn’t flash at all.
I tried emailing fenceman but it was undeliverable. Can I get it serviced/where can I take it for someone to look at it?
Or is it borked and I need a new one?
Edit - I haven’t tried the fence tester yet to see if there’s any current actually getting through
