Hi. I have read a lot of posts that these saddles are good for cobs but can't see new ones to buy online. Any help much appreciated. Looking for a black xw 17'' saddle.

Thank you.

HI,

No they dont sell them anymore.

If your still looking for one i am selling a 17" XW black one which is 12 months old but only used for around 6months as my pony has been out of work. It is in excellent condiion as has been kept covered when riding and stored.

This sort of thing needs to be put in a private message to the OP. Otherwise you will get in trouble with The Fat Controller.

My connie had no withers whatsoever and fitted her like a glove (for the whole 6months lol) she has laminitis and has had to lose alot of weight and now she has withers it doesnt fit :)

I have to confess that I've only seen one, but I am a fitter and can categorically say that the one I saw was very curvy - the cob in question was fitted with the deepest/curviest tree that I sell (apart from dressage saddles!) so was not THAT flat, and the Samber was rocking all over the place. A tree IS too curvy if it lifts at the back in rising trot (unless it is too wide which causes the same).
