can you strech mountain high riders?

i have a pair that are like new but are too narrow

Are those the leather ones? If they are, then yes as someone at my yard has sold hers as they stretched when she had fatter legs.

yip leather ones,prob is i cant get them zipped up to strech them

This might ruin them, but worked with my trainers... Fill up a plastic bag with water, stuff it inside them, then freeze it. It'll expand, hopefully taking the boots with it!

Take them to a cobblers/ saddlery and they strect them for you- takes about a week because it involves soaking them and gradually streching them. I had mine done and you cant tell. I think it cost about £25

thanks everyone,called a few places re adding leather but no one could do it

Don't think it will work on boots with elastic inserts though as the elastic will stretch instead.
