Can you use a plastic corner manger for water in a stable?

The only thing with corner buckets is they're difficult to empty unless the horse drinks so much that they're light enough. I just use ordinary buckets. Two each. They've never tried to kick them over, although Charlie does pick his headcollar off the hook and throw it in his water .

if you use a corner manger for water its best to have a small bucket handy to empty it enough so you can lift it out for cleaning. its a bit of a faff but better than having countless buckets spilt in the bed if you have a horse that likes to knock them over,

One of mine now has the flat backed buckets that hang on the wall, after they kept putting muck in the trug. I have the trigger clops pointing downwards rather then the Wednesbury clips that are more likely to injure them.

Each holds about 1 1/2 normal buckets.

I have corner mangers for water for two. One rubs on it though and I worried about him pulling it down - then there would be screws sticking out from where the metal frame fixes to wall.

That’s what I use Stubbs flat backed 18 litre buckets ? hung on wall. Keeps water cleaner longer.
