I brought some carl hester fantastic elastic reins - so amazing!!! I was going to buy these but they look like they'll 'ping' off!

Yes you can use these and we have, they don't ping off either but they are a bit stiff until you've used them a few times.
Good for younger children who sometimes jag the reins unexpectedly, means ponio dosen't get some a jab in the mouth.
