after squelching across two fields in the dark to retrieve said greyhounds from the woods

Best bit is that Islay is now looking at me reproachfully because she has hurt her paw

I have told you time and time again to drop them off at mine for a few hours. They would do me a favour by taking out as many of my fluffy bunnikins (said through gritted teeth) as they like and in return you would get 2 knackered greyhounds. Well for an hour or two anyway!!
Do have a small problem now however. My neighbouring farmer has turned a flock of bloomin' sheep out in the field across from mine. I daren't let my dogs up in my fields now incase they show too much of an interest!!

LOL I have two knackered greyhounds now Mattilda, they are both stretched out fast asleep not even demanding their tea as they usually do

Ahhhhhh the peace and quiet.....

No non hunting breeds here to offer you I'm afraid!
Have you got an extra arm/hand to drag three of them back from the woods next week?

Pmsl....no comment!!! Mine were very happy after their afternoon escape/expedition the other day!

My lurcher is now a gundog anyway, poor Flora, lurchers that think they are gundogs make retreiving the dummy jolly difficult due to their speed advantage!

Done for Jakey (German Spitz) - can't pull out now you have agreed. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES - NO WARRANTY, SWAPED AS SEEN

I will be dropping him off later on tonight

I'll take them! Leah can teach them to ignore bunnies - I can actually point at a squirrel or rabbit when I'm walking her off the lead, and say "Look, Leah! A bunny!" and she will just glance at it and carry on walking.

Some lurcher she turned out to be....!
