Well actually I can, had new girl start work on the yard this morning just generall yard duties, my long standing girl who is cutting back her hours was in to show new girl what to do then we had to go to dressage show and left her to it, it not that difficult, just mucking out hay and water and sweep yard, well as soon as I drove back in I could see yard was not looking it's best, tools all over the place muck everywhere and yard not swept!. So I thought perhaps she didn't realise she had to sweep yard, so called and text her as she only part time in mornings, and no answer all day then phone switched off then unabtainable then no answer agian! So do I just assume she not coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God how un reasonable! We had one like that didnt seem to get the idea that the yard was supposed to look neat, or the idea if you have to muck out more than 1 it doesnt give you an excuse to do one side of each stable every other day!
