Can't get Dressage Diagrams website to work

I am logged in on Internet Explorer and have made selections, but there is no "pay" button.
Any advice?

Has it not come up on the bottom right like normal? You do have to make a selection then scroll down for it to come up

No. I have made the selection and got the total. All that is in the bottom right is return to main site. Something is missing and I have no idea how to make it appear!
