Cant Open Windows!

okay so i have recently got a ifor Williams box attached to a chassis, My horse cant be clipped, travels without a rug and still sweats like a pig, gonna try a calmer but i went in there just now it was BOILING, there contains in there 3 windows, but i cant seem to open them! Its like this:

But where the little yellow dot is there's a big black button on the side there's a red button, i can not see anyway to open them, even pressing all the buttons, please help! :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
 
There isn't enough air circulating in there.

Horses lose 500 watts of heat when travelling. That is hot.

If you are doing short little journeys on twisty lanes there will never be any airflow!

You need to be doing 50mph to get a decent airflow

Put some WD-40 in the grooves of the windows then when you press the buttons they should slide!
 
we have them, iirc if you press the red button in the black button should pop out which brings the pin stopping the windows sliding with it so you can then slide the window.

Ours always have been a bit stiff and got better with use though. Can you see if the pin is in the way from the outside or whether it is just the windows being stiff and need a good yank?
