can't sleep, so angry

Every sunday I work really long hours so I pay YO to turn out then bring in my girl. My friend puts hay in and then I go late and sort her out. Yesterday had works Christmas do after work so friend was going up at 4 to do stable, hay and water for me as I wouldn't get there at all. Yard was doing turn out and bring in as usual. When she got there she was told by another livery that my horse hadn't been turned out all day and it was only when she noticed that my horse had no hay she mentioned to YO's daughter then they did her hay, water and mucked out her stable. So my girl had been left in all day with no hay or water. Now I'm awake at 4 o clock in morning because I'm so angry. What do I say to yard manager, she is quite a scary woman and although I'm completely within my rights to be so angry, what do I say. I'm not good at confrontation but want them to know how unprofessional it was and that I'm really not happy. It happened to another livery in the week too so obviously the girls are not checking the list.
Sorry this is so long but needed to vent to people that understood.

Don't get angry on hearsay.....go speak to your YO and voice your concerns, but don't be surprised if they'd put hay in and she'd cleared it up. If it is a staffing problem she might appreciate it being brought to her notice, as long as you do it tactfully!
