7 months ago she was lame and vet diagnosed arthritis. She then had two injections into the joint 1 month apart. Very, very slowly she has improved and is now sound and after all this time, today we walked round our 20min block - what an achievement and what a superstar she is. Sorry - but had to share

hi J (like the name change) !!!!
thats fab news - you have been very patient.
We are very sad today as juno went this morning - izz said she really enjoyed ride on sunday - see you at agm x

I know exactly how you feel and where you are coming from ... I remember how brilliant it was when my old boy was given 'permission' from the vet to walk out from his box to have a bite of grass after being on box rest for 5 months..... It was like running the gauntlet! .... and then 5 months after that being told by the Vet that I could start to ride him again and now a 14 months later I still cannot believe I would ever be able to ride him again and I am!
There is always hope and I wish you many many many more happy hours riding her ..... my old boys landmarks were after his episode of Cushings induced Laminitis which I wish on no one, but know now that there is always hope where theres determination! GOOD LUCK!
